“I had an issue with the crate tray which was damaged which the customer service team dealt with quickly and efficiently. My dog loves the bed and likes to hangout in there without being shut in. I feel like the cover would look better if it could be secured to the cage at the bottom as the bit between where the doors come up can stick up a bit. Also some Velcro on the doors might be nice to hold them down. These are minor points tho. The crate looks good and the dog loves it.”
