I also need to give the Loop team credit for excellent customer service. Upon receiving the mount u discovered the bolt they provided was too long to fit in my bike stem. I emailed customer service and got a prompt reply where they said they'd ship me a compatible bolt. Once that arrived I was able to easily install the micro mount.”
“I purchased the micro mount for my bike as I was looking for a discreet yet effective phone holder since I’ve had many stolen off my bike in the past.
The problem I’m having is the phone frequently & easily falls out of the holder most times when I stand up to pedal while riding, because my knees hit the phone, and I’m not even that tall.
It’s unfortunate because I like the micro mount design, but I’m not finding it functional for the full riding experience. I’ve gone back to putting my phone in my pocket because of how many times it’s fallen out.”
