“I honestly wish I can give 10 stars rate, every step was so easy and I received my blood test results within 24hrs of posting my blood samples to them.”
“The sample taking process was very simple and easy to follow thanks to the instructions attached. There was no discomfort or confusion at any point. My results arrived very quickly and delivered as promised. I only gave four stars because they were also slightly confusing. Only prolactin had a generic paragraph written about it and others had values that were found. Without a medical expert to explain the results, the test only gives numbers that to us lay people can be confusing. That said, it was evident that several hormones weren’t within the normal range, so the test did what it was supposed to do. I understand though that such is the format of these tests so I’ll use it to see my GP again as evidence that my hormones are out of balance as I suspected.”

“Comprehensive test used to get a baseline line pre hrt trial. Great that it includes testosterone so you can incorporate that post initial hrt trial if required.”
“Not all that happy because:
1. Even though my blood sample went up to the top line, my results were missing the main hormone I wanted tested because they said the blood sample was insufficient.
2. The report isn't tailored enough to the individual. I made it clear that I'm post menopausal but the comments are so general that they mention where you are in the menstrual cycle.
I sent an email to LHC about both issues a week ago and haven't yet had a reply.”
