“I was quite happy with the test, however my doctor said it's missing the crucial information.. which would have told him how well the kidneys were functioning.. when I had a closer look the results only had 5 parameters rather than the 6 advertised. That said the results showed things were not normal so I booked to see my doctor.”
“This experience has been a learning curve. At first I could not get enough blood to test even though I followed the instruction given. That said when I got back I touch they had a chat with me and gave me some pointers to successfully complete the sample required. This I am very pleased with and they also sent out another kit so I could try again. Great service and actively responded in a timely manner.”
