“Massively overpriced given the low quality of the shoe.
Customer service was a complete nightmare once the shoes had been returned for a refund.
Emails went answered & without multiple phone calls made,my refund would never have happened.
Really disappointed because the ethics behind the shoe was the motive to purchase them in the place.”

We're really sorry that you weren't happy with the shoes or the service you received. Our refunds processes is completely automated, provided that returns are registered in our returns portal and the returns label provided is used. Looking at your order, it looks like you used your own label to return your shoes which would therefore mean manual intervention would have been required in order to refund you.
We take customer service really seriously and I am unable to find any emails you sent that weren't replied to by the team on the same day. We will contact you directly to investigate this further as we really value all feedback and want to ensure all customers have a great experience buying from us.
