“Been wearing them for weeks and they still aren’t ’broken in’. Very stiff to walk in and when I got in touch to find a solution, I never heard back from customer support. Had the exact same problem before and they sent a replacement pair, which were fine. So to have the same issue again has been extremely annoying”
