“I procrastinated until the last day of the 20% off sale to buy the chair, which was a Saturday, and no other companies were answering the phone to answer my questions about the purchase and delivery, but this company did and I am really glad they did!
The person who answered the phone was really helpful and answered all my questions, the purchase was simple- and it was even 300$ off more than the official HM website!! plus free shipping instead of 100$ shipping on the Herman Miller site.
The shipping was much faster than expected, the chair arrived within 4 weeks and I got a call from the company to set up a time and date for the delivery to make sure I did not miss it.
As for the chair itself, I was hesitating between this one and the embody, since the MIrra 2 has a lot more things to adjust if needed, but online people said the embody was better, and I am really happy I went with the MIrra 2.
From the first day I sat in it I had 0 back pain compared to my previous chair I got temporarily until I got the MIrra, which give me daily back pain.
Definitely worth the money!”
