“Great quality hay. Delivery was fast. Excellent customer service. Only issue is I ordered 4x2kg boxes of hay. I wanted it loose due to my fussy bunnies. To my surprise a 10kg box turned up with hay in bags. Thankfully, my bunnies still loved the hay and are doing perfect golden poops. I'd recommend adding a note on the website to advice if you order X amounts of boxes they will be delivered in bags in a 5kg or 10kg box.”
