I don’t even fill the small cup halfway. I fill only to the first crease. Any more than that and you will find it’s too much OR you can just apply the product over other parts of the body. The feel of the device is elevated…not like some cheap Amazon product. It’s an upfront investment but well worth it in the long run.”
