“I picked this up to try because not only am I a fairly new tretinoin user that deals with that occasional sensitivity, I also have a medical issue called MCAS which like to cause allergic like reactions that show up on my face as temporary red sensitive kind of stingy skin. Fun times! Within two days of getting this I had a flare and thought, here goes nothing, and it took the sting right out of my skin and calmed it back down immediately!! I was shocked! I’ve since used it on drier turnover days from tretinoin and on days when my facial redness was higher than usual and it worked great for those as well.
