“This product has just been laid in my back garden, I'm thrilled with how it has changed the look of my garden, the lawn is very soft underfoot and is a lush green. The design was exactly as I had requested, the three man crew were very punctual, worked extremely hard and were very polite. They tidied away when they had finished the job and I am very pleased with the outcome. Many thanks to you all.”

“I am absolutely blown away by the product, the quality of the grass, the amazing great colour, the thick and dense feeling it has, but also the look and impression it gives now. I expected a lovely lawn, but this has blown my expectations - it is STUNNING. I wish I had done this years ago - and now - no more cutting the grass at the weekend for me !”

“the product was good , but i was concerned before i purchased that our dogs wee on it would create a smell. i was assured this product would not smell, it does and its terrible. i have tried to contact the office on several occasions by phone and e mail and no one has come back to me. on that basis i would NOT recommend the product the company clearly dont care about after sales.”

Thank you for your feedback Simon. Sorry to hear you have not heard back from anyone, that is not usual and we will investigate this internally. The product itself does not hold smells and drains at 60 litres per minute. Dog wee can be treated with a non-toxic product called 'PeeClenz' which kills pet urine odours. We can send you a complimentary bottle to use.
