“Great customer service and advice and product seems great. Do not under estimate the weight of the roll though as it took a monumental effort to actually get the roll into place to be able to start fitting it but probably due to nature of the contained area and narrowing rectangular area i laid it in. The technical advice i got from Jim regarding how to lay, join, trim and sand the product was invaluable. Very happy with it and well worth the hard work and kids are loving it. Great quality product for the money. Seems hard wearing, looks quite realistic and although not the softest product on the market it is soft enough and provides a great balance of durability, comfort and affordability. Highly recommended but get some help to lift and fit it.”
