“Amazing experience, so well performed. Very tense and scary at times. Would have been 5 stars but for:
1. There should be more assistance and explanation re how to use the VR headsets. There is one point in the experience where you are alone and have to put on a headset. My daughter could not get hers to work and was calling out saying so but I could not get to her to help and the staff present for that section did not help her. So she missed that part and was upset as it was the Carrie Hope Fletcher part she wanted to see. The staff should check everyone can see and all headsets working correctly - especially with children (young teen).
2. The merchandise is very expensive. They take photos of your party as you finish and we really liked one of ours but it was £15...for one photo. So we didn't buy it.
But all in all we loved it and would highly recommend.”

“Went with family for a very belated Xmas present, right from the start it had you connected with the story and of course the fantastic music, all the characters were great and encouraged everyone to get involved, VR headsets were amazing and even thou we are still within covid guidelines very safe, felt very immersed in the scenes going on,I could go on....I would highly recommend this experience for anyone really but 100% for the lovers of the Jeff Wayne's version of the war of the worlds”
