“The principle behind this is excellent and when the equipment works the experience is good. Unfortunately, there was a technical glitch with the equipment whilst we were there which ruined the final aspect, meaning we did not see it. We raised this at the time and were offered a free drink or a poster or a copy of photos. This was ridiculous in the way of compensation and demonstrates extremely poor levels of customer service.”
