“Really excellent. The interaction with the actors was marvellous. Superb inclusion of the guests in the action and the VR was great fun as was the physical travel through the trenches. Great fun and a great experience.”
“Been waiting a long time to see this experience as I'm a big fan of Jeff Wayne's album for many years and the live show too. It was everything I thought it may be and more. There were two things that let it down for my wife and I and feel they need to be addressed ASAP or more people will have the same problem. My wife's VR headset failed on one big chunck of the story so she missed out on a big peice of the experience and so the next part diddn't make sense. When we informed someone about this we were fobbed off with free drink to compensate wich to be fair was not really what it's about and so if yiu had to go looking for someone to assist in the problem it's basicly ruining it for that person's experience. Really that person should be able to go through it again and see what they missed. Also all the lockers were nearly out of order and we tried about 6 before we found one that worked but then our key card wouldn't open it at the end. Our group was a bit subdued too but you can't pick who you go through with I spose so it did lose a bit of realism in that respect. On the whole the food was good too so not a complete loss.”
“Majority of time was spent moving between rooms and interacting with actors who were good at their job. Wore VR goggles on 3 occasions of a few minutes each. I was disappointed with the VR quality, also 2 of my 3 had dodgy wiring which lost picture when I moved and one headset my wife used was totally defective so she had to change headset and that time delay caused a loss of VR time - there's no catch-up time. Experience was Xmas prezzies so can't say if it was value for money.”
