“The experience was okay, reminded me a bit of the london/Edinburgh dungeon experience. In my opinion the VR added nothing to the experience, it was of quite poor quality and it felt like Tom Felton had been photoshopped in. The screen also kept going blank with no image and happened to both my friends too. It definitely wasnt worth the money we paid and we all agreed we wouldnt recommend it to others.”
“I loved the set up and props as well as the actors. They took their roles seriously and knew all their lines. It was a fun, interactive, and immersive experience. I loved the VR headsets too. A great combination for the experience. We did have a slight confusion with our server and our drink order. Even the next server said we could not get what we initially ordered but the manager came and took care of it- thank you!”
“It was ok, but staff need to check headsets regularly, as husband one wasn't working during one of the interactions. And mine was off centre doing another interaction.
Quite expensive for a mediocre experience.”
“This was well organised, fun and very informative. Well explained, it was left to you to decide who was good and who was bad - a clever way of making you think. The visual reality parts were excellent. A definite must-see. We chose to eat there afterwards and were very impressed with the beef chilli nachos. A great all-round experience.”
