“First half was good however the second half tailed off and left us somewhat deflated. Have now done both w.o.w
And now gunpowder plot the w.o.w was so good and alot more interactive.”
“The experience was incredible. The mix of interacting with actors and using VR to get a sense of what London looked like in 1605 and then ofcourse the plot. Highly recommend a visit the staff are excellent too. We didn’t have a chance to stop for a drink but the ticket holders bar looks fun too!”
“First rooms and first VR was amazing , apart from one headset didn’t work. 2nd vr not so good and 3rd one lost its way. More explanation and guidance before entering would be helpful. Didn’t know I would need my reading glasses. Also told not to touch actors, then actor asks us to take bag of his head. We were confused. Didn’t know what the red cage was in 3rd VR. Instruction to step back would’ve been helpful. Also some in our group reported be view was at floor level, others reported not being able to see in window as too high. Clearly a few tech issues to resolve. Story was also a bit complicated. Had no idea whose side we were meant to be on.. actors were great and threw themselves into their roles. We would recommend as it was such a unique experience. Really hope you get these teething issues sorted. It will be great…”
“Was enthralled from the start to the finish. We loved the way we were involved in how the plot evolved . Brilliant actor participation and being hidden in a priest hole seemed so authentic. Highly recommend .”
“Very disappointing.
Vr headsets did not work properly.
Actors tried their best but story was unimaginative and factually incorrect.
Ran out of steam about half way through.
Came away thinking the whole experience was overcharged.
Went to London Dungeon the next day and although half the cost was a far better and we'll organised show.
Can't recommend the gunpowder plot as was extremely disappointing after all the hype.”
“I would thoroughly recommend this experience, very interactive experience the actors were very believable. The virtual tour were very good and you felt you were actually flying through the air.”
