“Underwhelmed - Not as good as WOTW and customer service lacking.
Booking changed by venue at last minute to 2 hours later, even though made 8 months in advance. Choice was do it, change date or get refund. No account taken of the fact that we had multiple follow-on events planned throughout day - had to rearrange all 3 of these to fit in with Gunpowder Plot.

“Really enjoyed this, part of a large group and we didn't have any technical issues or delays as some people have mentioned in their reviews. None of our group have done an immersive experience before so didn't have anything to compare it to but really enjoyed ourselves. The FAQs and waiver made us panic that we were going to be put through something scary but it's nothing at all as you would think. The actors were really impressive. I don't think I was following the story about the history though, there is a part at the end where it talks you through the history which I think would have been better at the beginning, this is the only reason I've gone with 4 instead of 5 stars. would recommend it though for something different!”

“Much more professional than we expected, we’ll set up and run by a lovely bunch of people. Only wish it had gone a bit slower to take it all in a bit more, especially a minute or 2 to get set up with the VR stuff before it started as I had a few issues so missed a lot of that. Still a great experience, recommended!”
“Would have been more but didn’t get full experience with headset as couldn’t adjust focus. It you can they didn’t inform you. Only told you how to either tighten or loosen the headset.”
