The Gunpowder Plot Immersive Experience Reviews

4.6 Rating 2,236 Reviews
This was one of the best Experiences/shows I’ve ever done! Absolutely loved every moment. The actors and the sets were fabulous and the VR was out of this world! I could have stood in 1600s London and looked around for hours! I will absolutely go back, but I also desperately hope there are spin off experiences in the works because I will be the first in line!

Great afternoon entertainment, live actors were superb and the VR and sets amazing. Got to go and see it!

We really enjoyed our experience. We paid £45 for our tickets and I thought this was a fair price. Had we have paid more I think I would have been slightly disappointed. The acting was incredible. I think the VR part could have been a little better. For example, when escaping the tower on the swings they could have moved to fit the narrative. The boat part of the VR was incredible. I thought the break in the middle broke the atmosphere and tension that was built up. Overall we enjoyed our day.

Series of corridors and rooms with little variation. The VR was a welcome relief tho twitchy. Strong narrative with you making a choice however you chose think the outcome will be the same! Blunder with the Union Flag in last VR. Would not reccomend, WOTW spoilt me, probably a richer story to turn into an immersive. Having said this, the actors were outstanding. If you have sensitive ears to blasphemy then not for you.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish I love history especially English history. I definitely want to do more immersive experiences and so tempted to do this one again!

Down in the Crown and Barrel we waited to enter the world of conspiracy and intrigue. Papist or protestant spy, we knew not the outcome but we transformed through virtual reality, excellent actors and atmospheric rooms to the world of Guy Fawkes.
