“Regardless of what some reviews say I really enjoyed this. We did experience my original booking being cancelled a week before our trip which I didn't appreciate as they offered me an alternative assuming we were local and could come anytime. This forced me to rearrange other things to accommodate this which shouldn't have happened. There also isn't a phone number to speak to anyone. My VR headset worked every time which was good. My partners didn't but it was soon rectified. The actors are really good in this. I do think that the staff in the bar should dress up though and it should be more atmospheric before you go in. If you order the VIP package go 90 minutes to an hour before to have the food otherwise this is good”

“I was looking forward to this new show I was a little disappointed and felt this show was not as good as they have produced previously. The bars did not feel like I was thrown back in time unlike the WOW experience. The acting and VR were very good but felt the storyline was a bit underwhelming. The pricing of food, drink and beverages was high.”
