“Very well made, substantial bag. A little bigger than I expected, but the size was stated on the website. It will be ideal for trips out or as a carry on bag for air travel. The thing that really impressed me was the fantastic customer service from Lanx. I needed to ask a question which was replied to within hours - at the weekend, then I changed my mind a couple of times regarding delivery and the team in Customer Services were brilliant - so helpful .... and patient! Overall a very satisfactory experience.”
