“Lovely shoe which feels very good quality. Generally I'm really enjoying them but took 1 star off my rating for two reasons.
1. The shoe sizes up a little large for me. Because they need breaking in, I wasn't sure at first if they were too large or just needed breaking in. Because I bought them online I stuck with them but I now wish I'd bought in person and then I would have been able to compare sizes more easily as I suspect I would have gone half a size down.
2. They are quite heavy. I'm hoping this goes along with the quality and provides durability but I bought these as a boot that could be comfortable on the streets or on footpaths so planned to walk quite long distances in them and definitely find the weight changes my gait and makes me walk a little slower.”
