“These are going to get a lot of use as the weather cools down. I love the look and finish - both smart and practical with an air of quality and the feeling they'll withstand a fair bit of use. After a few wears they're very comfortable.
Note to prospective buyers - I agree with the advice to size down (normally a 9 but bought 8) - be patient the first few wears, when they're tough to take on and off. That's not that they're too small, after a few wears they'll be just fine!”

To start with, I wanted a decently built solid pair of boots, not too bulky (Ive got some of those)
Having just got them they look and feel solid, proper stitching and sole with a solid heal. It looks like I could get these resoled forever. The uppers are thick lether and I'll need to break them in, but the style and design along with the build, these should last years, and fulfill lots of functions from a party I'm going to next week to the garden in about ten years. Worth every penny.”
