So, as Lanx couldn’t complete the resole in the time they, (not me) felt was acceptable because the specialist machine was out of action I was proactively offered a full brand new pair of Ancoats at no additional cost. So suffice to say I was slightly gobsmacked and very satisfied! It’s this kind of outstanding customer service alongside their brilliant shoes that will keep me buying Lanx in the future!”
