“The shoes that arrived were a much lighter colour. On contacting customer services I was initially impressed with their prompt response and offer to swap the shoes for a darker colour but this was on 5th December. It's now the 12th December and despite three follow up emails I've had no further response from Lanx.”
“First time I've bought anything off an advert on Facebook. Really liked the look of them, and as that style and colour was reduced quite a bit I thought I'd give Lanx a go. I was not disappointed! Excellent shoes - style, quality, and craftsmanship. They probably do fit slightly big (which is noted in their fitting guide) and to begin with there was a slight bit of heal slip until I tied my laces a bit more appropriately, but as I also wear orthotic insoles they are actually a really good fit now they have worn in. I was that impressed I then went on to buy a pair in another style and I'm pleased with them too.”
