“The uppers were fine but after relatively little wear the heels on both shoes started to separate from the soles. I checked with a local shoe repairer who advised that it was not worth repairing. On the plus side, Lanx did provide a refund and I used it to select an alternative product. Hopefully Lanx will improve the design and make the sole unit more resilient and repairable.”
“Physically a great shoe but the customer experience is poor as the sizing is way off. Every pair of shoes I've purchased for the last 20 years has been a size 10 with minimal difference in sizing. With these, I started with a 10, then had to send them back for a 9.5 then sent those back for a 9, which still feels half a size too big. At this point, I gave up and settled. I appreciated the website says that Lanx fit a little bigger but is disappointing to have to order so many pairs to find the right fit, especially if you're paying a premium price that you purchase for a specific event and what turns up is simply unwearable.”
