“Bought my shoes in the sample sale. Can't remember the name, but I have a pair of Dinckley boots and these are the shoe version,.in gorgeous caramel leather from my home town of Leeds. Instantly comfortable and wearable.”
“Second pair. Love them. Bought them at the open day and the staff were fantastic. I am now telling everyone how good these shoes, and this business, is.”
“I recently purchased a pair of Lanx shoes in the sale from the showroom, Once home I took the shoes out of the box in normal light and colour discrepancy became clear. So obvious in fact that the shoes are not wearable. I have politely requested that you rectify the colour fault as they are not fit for purpose for which they were bought buy my request has been declined.
Surely even items purchased in the sale should be fit for purpose. If you are going to continue to sell shoes in the sale that have serious colour discrepancies then it is incumbent on you to provide the correct level of lighting so that this fault can be uncovered before agreeing to purchase.”
