I took the leap of faith as the look of the shoe was exactly what I was looking for in a pair of brogues. Coupled with the fact that these brogues are manufactured in the uk.
The shoes arrived promptly, the sizing was a true & comfortable fit with sufficient room to accommodate the thicker sock I would choose to wear with this type of shoe. The shoes slip on easily without the need to use a shoe horn. They have proved comfortable from the off, requiring no breaking in. Though I would advise wearing then on shorter walks for the first few outings. If you are more used to trainers or softer soled shoes you will find these quite hard on the foot sole & slightly heavy. But you can feel them conditioning to your feet the more often you wear them. Definitely a long term, if not lifetime, purchase. Very pleased with my purchase.”
