“They are lovely boots. I was pleased that I could wear them straight off. They are comfortable and given the extra space around the toes not available in some chelsea style boots, there is wriggle room. I was surprised to be able to feel the bumps from the sole design on the underside of my foot, something that seems to happen more frequently in shoes these days. I was also surprised, given the write up on the soles, that they slip on wet and icy surfaces.”
