“The boots looked good nicely packaged and well made, unfortunately the size 10 were very tight .
I tried to go up a size but they were out of stock in not only my chosen colour and also every other colour too !
On their website they have practically no stock in any sizes, this could be they are a victim of their own success or they are a badly run company.
Slow return process and customer service not offering to contact me when they are back in stock.
Had to go elsewhere for my winter boots and I was out of pocket whilst my return was being processed.”
“Leather scuffs very easily on the toe which is disappointing, I also find the grip is poor as they slip a lot. Even though I wear them every day I doubt I would buy another pair.”
