“Decent well made leather lined boots. Really, due their thickness and warmth only comfortably usable in autumn and winter months or bracing spring days. Versatile as they say as good dressed up and down. They are sized big and for some I imagine size up to one and a half sizes down. I have dropped a size down they fit well with a pair of thick socks. One complaint is the ridiculously long laces which although quality are at least 20 cm too long. I don’t know if this is some quirky fashionable look Lanx are trying to achieve, if so ditch this childish nonsense and or just change the length. Overall pleasing to buy for once post pandemic quality as advertised.”
“Bought the khaki. They are genuinely top quality leather lined thick suede equipped with a comfortable and giving thick sole. Ideal for autumn and winter but likely too warm for spring, summer. Definitely made large. Most people I imagine would need to drop up to a size and a half from the perceived norm. Yes, literally that much. Personally dropped a full size which are pleasantly roomy with thick socks. My only real knock are the laces which albeit quality are ridiculously long. They could do with being 20cm shorter. However overall I am happy with the boots which are quality, robust and versatile enough to dress up or down.”
