“It's rare that I often splurge out on nice shoes. Working in hospitality, I tend to wear them out very quickly.
After having these shoes for a week, I've got a new found love for them. I have notoriously wide feet, which was why I'm always ominous purchasing shoes from the Internet, but having the free returns policy is a given grace.
These boots fitted me like a dream. I find them extremely comfy, with the only discomfort coming from knowing I will be breaking in the leather for a few weeks, so was expected. I'm already looking for a second pair.
My only gripe, and it's a small one, is that I wish the aglet (the plastic at the end of the shoelace) was made of something more durable. A metal cap would suit the shoe nicely and would be much more resilient than the plastic. As I said though, a small personal preference for me, not a defect in the slightest.”
