So that said let me give you my experience and how am I left feeling about what I entered into when I made the decision to purchase from Lanx. I watched your promotional material, read the reviews. I love the openings the box sequence the most. At this point I was buying not quality brand like Barbour. Obviously the quality of the boot was my main selection criteria but the experience was so important. So do I love my boots? They are quality, hard to wear in but so were my Redwings and I love them too. I do lov the quality. A little worried about replacing the sole but I am sure I will find a way as believe you may do that? However, opening the box was so disappointing. Remember your video had hit me as a targeted customer so many times and I love that sequence. So I knew my delivery was at home, getting home I was genuinely excited to have these quality bootlegs to replace my worn timberlands. In opening the box I waited to-get to the socks, the brandies so is , the contracted sock, the differentiator ,and to coins purse phrase there they were gone! More than happy with the product, but genuinely felt miss sold. I will in time get over this but have not currently ordered a second pair which was my intent .”
“Little snug round the toes (fat feet attributable) to start with. But 2 or 3 wears later. Different story. Broken in nicely. Supreme comfort yet again. 6th pair of lanx and yet to find fault. The red brick colour is a knockout.”
