“Love the boots. Always beautiful and a fantastic fit. Service is second to none. Haven't a clue what customer services are like as I have never had to contact them with any issues. I am sure if I did contact them, they would be as smooth as the rest of the company. I may make up an issue next order just to test them. The only slight complaint is the lack of choice in my size 13s. Come on Lanx, we haven't all got little baby feet. :-)”
