“There was a bit of confusion with my order as I had to exchange the boots due to one of the shoe being faulty. Sent them back and haven't heard back anything for a while until I reached the company myself and my exchange order was simply missed. Got another pair in the end and can't wait for the autumn season to wear them. The only sad moment is that there were complimentary laces attached to the original order (which I return) and nothing to the final order despite all the back and forth I had to have. Hopefully, the quality of boots is better than customer service.”
