“I’ve been searching for a really good pair of boots for ages. I have flat feet and a massive bunion so find it really difficult to get sizing right and to find something comfortable.
After hounding the customer service team with endless questions - the team were fantastic and answered everything I asked and gave great advice - I ordered the Hothersalls in Anthracite and they are fantastic!!! I wore them a little round the house to break them in and now they are so unbelievably comfy!! I would advise breaking them in using thick socks, and get a willow tree show horn to keep them stretched. Can’t wait to get a pair of sneakers next!”
“Slight hick-up with my first pair, but the team at Lanx were super efficient & swiftly despatched a replacement pair. I’ve never really gelled with walking boots before, but I love Lanx, & thought if anyone could convince me, they could. I’ve now worn them enough to know that they are fab! So comfortable & supportive, & look really neat & stylish too. I didn’t need to wear them in, they were beautifully comfortable from the start. Now the only thing I grab for dog walks, & living in the Inner Hebrides, they have been tested.”
