“Loved these, very comfortable and look good on my foot. I own three pairs of Lanx boots and always picked a .5 size - my regular size is 4, but I found that 4.5 fits better with all my Lanx shoes. Read the reviews and debated whether I should pick size 4 loafers, but decided against it. And I’m glad I did! 4.5 fit very well. When taken out of the box, I was at first slightly concerned about how thick the leather is, but as I put them on and walked around the room a bit, they felt very comfortable. Worn them outside on a bare foot for a short period of time and didn’t get even a sign of blisters. Overall very comfortable and I’m very happy with my purchase!”
“These are a gorgeous pair of slip-on shoes/loafers which I purchased in August with the intention of wearing in the autumn. They fitted in the toe area but unfortunately slipped on both heels. I loved the shoes so much I (maybe) stupidly assumed that heel grips would sort out the problem. The suede heel grips didn’t work, so I bought gel heel grips which didn’t work either. I have arthritic thumbs so didn’t want to exchange for lace ups (which might have been better), Lanx only do one slip-on style, but I already know that these are not suitable for me because the heels slip! I do think that because the loafers are quite heavy this may accentuate the heel problem. Anyway - it is now too late for me to obtain a refund. A credit note which only lasts a year will be of no use either. I should have returned these shoes straight away instead of assuming that heel grips would solve the problem (they didn’t, of course).
I am now stuck with a beautiful pair of unworn loafers which I am sadly unable to wear.”
