What I would say is this regarding fit. If you have a much wider foot and/or raised arches, I'd not suggest (as some have) sizing down. In my experience buy your normal size. If you have average or narrow width feet then I suspect sizing down would be wise though.
For reference I also own a pair of Malham 365s (same size, 10s) and those are a wider fit, much better suited to taking really thick socks.
