“Love the style of the Edgworth boots. They offer good support and no faffy laces. However, I think they would be improved by an additional layer on the inside sole as I find them quite hard on my feet, especially after a long dog walk. I’m seriously thinking of putting some insoles in to help. If I’m honest, they are not as comfortable as my old walking boots but I still like them.”
“I've had my Lanx boots for just over 4 months now. On the plus side, thry fit beautifully and are very comfortable. But I can't get over the strange creasing (1 boot only) and really fragile colour, that scuffs really easily and hard to cover up with boot polish. Maybe an issue with the dye that's been used? I sent in a complaint after just 2 wears but was told it was usual wear and tear. It wasn't. I was extremely disappointed with the response, given that I don't earn a lot of money and to spend over £200 on boots is unheard of for me.
Such a shame as I love the ethos of the company.”
