“These are my THIRD PAIR of Lanx! OBSESSED! These boots are so comfy. My old 20 year old Vibram Berghaus boots fell apart and I thought a pull on pair was better suited this time. I went for the Honey which is a lovely colour, and they darkened slightly as expected when I protected them with dubbin, but they are still beautiful. No breaking in needed and are a perfect size, I can even get a pair of thick socks in with my regular size. What Lanx will I buy next?!!”
“I bought these recently and wore them all over Christmas - no rubbing or blisters, nothing, they are so comfortable. I did have an issue as I ordered a size 6 which is my normal boot size but they were too big so returned for a refund as bought in the sale and their AI system advised I had to pay full price to exchange as sale was over. I didn't realise it was AI until Hannah emailed me apologising and confirming when they were received they would exchange for size 5.5 at sale price. Customer service is excellent and thanks to Hannah & Freya - AI not so much but then that's going to be across the board with every company I think. I would definitely recommend these boots and with sizing if you are normally between 5.5 & 6 I would advise ordering 5.5. I am now saving up for my next pair of Chelsea boots and have just ordered a belt for my husband's birthday. These are pricey items but you pay for quality and the fact they are UK based is great. My only request would be to open a store in London please so people down south can go in & try them on.”
