“Disappointed. Seam from side of toe box started to gape from the side after 3 weeks. Contacted customer services who said this was normal but no mention of this on website or advice leaflets. No clear guidance from company whether this would affect durability or waterproofing of boot, just fobbed off with this would be reviewed if a problem arose in the future. Not confident this would be handled any differently if contacted again.”
