“Hi, these look great and are really comfortable. Only one issue I had/have is there was a clicking coming from the right shoe and has gone away now. The left shoe has started to do the same and am hoping this will work off as the right one did.”
“I am a little disappointed that while ordering I realised that I have ordered a half size bigger and I immediately wrote to your customer service. Instead of changing the size then they instead asked me to send it back after receipt of the shoes . What a shame !
You must have a system that if a shoe is not yet shipped out the warehouse must be able to change the size .
These shoes were shipped to my brothers address in London who brought to me in pakistan , where I live .
Now I have to wear a half size bigger shoe as its not possible to send it back from here .
I hope you will review your existing system to be able to change if the product hasn't yet shipped”
“Excellent quality shoes I Changed the size 8 for a seven and a half because they were quite big
Very well made and took a few weeks for them to become more supple
But now they feel great and I will be going back to LANX in the future”
