“Best vitamin C for me. it's natural so has a better chance of being absorbed and it's only 50mg per tablet which is the maximum your body can absorb at once (NHS says so). Tastes nice too”

“i always take this as it's a really good source of Vitamin C. it's not a chemical version (which doesn't really get absorbed) and tastes nice”

“Love the tangy flavour of the tablets (they did slightly stick to the teeth so chewed them before eating other stuff to rub off any remnant). They do seem to have had a very positive effect on my skin - it`s clearer and brighter and I`ll definitely keep taking them.”

“i've taken this for years. it's a natural form of vitamin c and I find I absorb it far better than any others.Plus it equates to only 50mg (which is the most the body can absorb at one time - the NHS says so)”
