“I have been using these for the past few years. Generally it’s in the winter months when the body detox is at its maximum. As soon as I start to feel like it’s getting a hold of me, I take a couple of lysine tablet’s and then take them as needed going forward. Once the detox is over, I stop taking them until the next murmurings...”

“I've taken these for quite a while - they help me to keep cold sores away (I'm plagued with them in frosty and very sunny weather). So far, so good - I've had maybe one in all the time I've been using these so they certainly help me. it's an amino acid apparently and my husband uses them to help his recovery after playing volleyball. good price from Landy's also”

“I take these all the time to ward off the dreaded cold sores - I can get them winter or summer. Not now..I take one twenty minutes before eating and (touch wood) I'm not bothered with them now. the price is good as well and delivery was fast”
