“Delivery was fast, but when the product arrived, it was congealed into a lumpy gel that was completely unusable (couldn't even get it out of the bottle, let alone take the recommended drops as a dose). I gave it 48 hours to warm up after transit, and shook it vigorously repeatedly, all to no avail. I understand that Biocare are currently re-formulating this product, so perhaps this is a known issue. However, I emailed Landy's chemist to inform them, hoping they might have a solution or at least offer some recompense/refund - but they never replied to my email. Would not use Land's again.”

“I discovered this morning that there is an issue that I need to write to your customer service about. The seal on the Nutrisorb Zinc was intact when I opened it. The 'dropper' was blocked by a white solid substance at the base and would not pick up any of the liquid at all. I used the dropper from my previous bottle and found the liquid to be cloudy and viscous - the previous bottle was clear and liquid. This is obviously a problem for me. Is it a bad batch or do Nutrisorb have a bigger problem?”

“I have been taking these drops a couple of months now after being diagnosed with various vitamin deficiencies. I have noticed a huge difference in regard to less numbness in fingers and feet and balance issues are improving. These drops are great if you have severe deficiencies like myself as they are absorbed much faster than tablets. products are always well packed and fast delivery.”
