“I purchased or thought i purchased the exact same perfume which was advertised on the website. I received a different bottle which has a different fragrance. When i queried this i was informed that the packaging had changed and reassured that it was the same perfume. Anyways to cut a long story short, i managed to pop into an actual dept store who showed me the actual perfume that i wanted and that it still exists in the original packaging.. i then had to go through the refund process and send the incorrect perfume that i received back to Landys Chemist. Please only advertise products and show products that are the exact same that you have in store, don't send alternative products with a different fragrance and then say "the packaging has changed".”

“I have already queried if the perfume I received was a copy as the top on the bottle I received and the box differ from what I ordered and what I bought from a high street shop previously. The box looks cheap. I was assured that mine was not a copy and Armani had changed the tops. I’m still very dubious about this.”
