Hi Catherine. Thanks for the feedback and for choosing our Ingredient Dispensing Truck (65L, TN1061‑WT). We’re really pleased the units are working well for you, but we’re genuinely sorry about the frustration separating the two bins. That shouldn’t happen and it’s not the experience we want for any customer. Sounds like you managed to separate them successfully but if that's not the case please let me know. What we’ll do right away. We’ll raise this with our warehouse team to review packing so nested units don’t bind in transit. If any units have been scuffed or stressed while you were separating them, we’ll put that right—please let me know. Sorry again and if there is anything else you need from me please let me know.
