Many thanks for your product review Andrew - We really appreciate all feedback, good or bad and I am really sorry that you are not pleased with these products. We developed our unique through-board hook system around 8 years a go and I can honestly say we have had hardly any issues with them in all that time. Most customers are really happy with the positive aspects they bring - Hygienic design (lack of bug traps/easy to clean), easy to fit and deploy and easy to replace if needed. Regarding your issue, I know you have spoken to a member of the team and we are waiting to get some more information from you in regard to this. As soon as we have received this we will of course review it and then we can work out the best solution for you.
