“I really like the shape and size of this thermos — it’s probably the largest one that still fits perfectly in a car cup holder, which is very convenient. However, I’m a bit disappointed with the insulation. My drinks stay cold much longer in other thermoses I’ve used. Also, the taste isn’t great — I can slightly taste the material of the thermos itself, which makes it less enjoyable to use.”

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that your experience with the Rio tumbler hasn’t met your expectations. The taste you describe definitely shouldn’t happen, as all our tumblers are made from high-quality stainless steel that doesn’t affect the flavour of your drink.
As for the insulation, the Rio should keep your beverages cold for hours. If you notice that it doesn’t, there might be an issue with the vacuum seal, for example, if the tumbler was dropped or damaged. Could you please check if there are any visible dents or irregularities? “Ce tumbler est très beau, les matériaux semblent de très bonne qualité. La contenance est juste pafaite. C'est parfaitement étanche et conserve la fraicheur (voir même la chaleur) pendant longtemps. C'est facile à nettoyer. Le seul bémol concerne le bouchon. Alors l'idée du bouchon combinant les deux façons de boir est excellente et c'est même ça qui m'a fait acheté ce produit cepndant le trou pour boire est bien trop large, provoquant souvent des débordements ça coule partout et je m'en suis même étouffé car la quantité d'eau qui arrive d'un coup est trop importante.”
