“Actually, this is my 2nd kambukka mug. I was given the first, one which lasted for years. I bought a bigger one, and in less than two weeks, it brokes. It just fell on my desk (not fell on the floor). So I'm quite disappointed, because the price is significant, ant I had the idea of a more quality product.I don't know if the after-sales serviuce can change the cover for me ? ( See photos).”
